LumKitDIY Privacy Policy

Aivy Gift (“Aivy Gift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates LumKitDIY, a private content operations workspace for Aivy Gift’s own creative content. This Privacy Policy explains how LumKitDIY handles information when an authorized operator connects TikTok or another supported platform.
Information We Process
When an authorized Aivy Gift owner connects a supported platform account, LumKitDIY may process information made available through that platform’s API according to the permissions approved during OAuth authorization. This may include:
- Account, profile, creator, board, post, listing, or shop identifiers;
- Content selected by the authorized operator for publishing;
- Post captions, descriptions, hashtags, media order, and publishing settings;
- Publishing status, upload status, error messages, and technical response information; and
- Performance or analytics information that the connected platform permits the application to access.
LumKitDIY does not ask for or collect platform passwords. Authentication is handled by each connected platform through OAuth or the platform’s approved authorization flow.
How We Use Information
We use this information only for Aivy Gift’s own content operations, including to:
- connect an authorized platform account;
- prepare and review content selected by the authorized operator;
- publish or hand off content only after the required operator confirmation;
- confirm publishing status and investigate technical errors;
- review permitted performance information for Aivy Gift’s own content; and
- maintain security, reliability, and operational audit records.
LumKitDIY is for internal, single-business use. It is not offered to customers or unrelated third parties.
TikTok Information
For TikTok, LumKitDIY uses Login Kit to identify the authorized creator account and uses the Content Posting API only after the operator reviews the post settings and explicitly confirms publication. Tokens and sensitive credentials are not displayed in the public website and are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
Storage and Security
Sensitive credentials are stored outside public website content using the operating system credential store or the connected platform’s approved authorization mechanisms. LumKitDIY applies access controls, integrity checks, and operational audit logging. Platform information is retained only as needed to provide the requested internal function, maintain security, and satisfy legal or platform requirements.
Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share information obtained through connected platform APIs with data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the security and legal rights of Aivy Gift.
Retention and Deletion
We retain permitted information only for as long as needed for Aivy Gift’s internal content operations, security, and legally required records. An authorized account owner may disconnect platform access at any time. Requests to delete locally retained platform-related information can be sent to the email address below and will be handled subject to applicable legal and platform requirements.
Your Choices
Platform authorization can be reviewed or revoked through the connected platform’s account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with the connected Aivy Gift account, where applicable.
Children’s Privacy
LumKitDIY is an internal business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when LumKitDIY, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
