LumKitDIY Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LumKitDIY, a private content operations workspace operated by Aivy Gift (“Aivy Gift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using LumKitDIY, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LumKitDIY helps authorized users organize creative assets, prepare platform-specific content, schedule publishing tasks, and connect supported social media and commerce services for Aivy Gift’s own content operations.
2. Authorized Use
You may use LumKitDIY only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, and services that you own or are authorized to manage. LumKitDIY is not offered as a public software service and does not provide unrelated third parties with access to connected accounts.
3. Connected Platforms
LumKitDIY may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy, and WordPress. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limits. We do not control third-party platform availability, review decisions, or changes to their APIs.
4. Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you provide to LumKitDIY. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, transform, store, and transmit that content to the services you select. You represent that you have the rights required to use and publish the content.
5. Publishing Confirmation
LumKitDIY requires operator review for supported publishing workflows. For TikTok Direct Post, the operator must review the creator account, post settings, privacy level, caption, and selected video before confirming publication.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use LumKitDIY to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content; attempt to access another person’s account; interfere with the service; bypass platform safeguards; or violate applicable platform rules.
7. Availability and Changes
LumKitDIY may be updated, suspended, or changed as the project develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every third-party service. Features may be limited while an integration is in testing or awaiting platform approval.
8. Disclaimer
LumKitDIY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aivy Gift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of LumKitDIY or a connected third-party platform.
10. Termination
You may stop using LumKitDIY and disconnect supported platform accounts at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the LumKitDIY Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as LumKitDIY evolves. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
